It's really time for the enterprises to re-think their NPD policy.
There seems to be a trend for the NPD personels to try to add features to a product that the end users do not value. These feathers are added just because they are 'new'. Or, these are what the competitors are trying to develop and they must follow.
For instance, I wonder how many of us can utilize up to 80% of the features in our cell phone. For myself, I use only less than half of the functions that my phone could provide. That is, I'm paying 50% more money on the stuff that I never use!
